Standing Order Form
If you would like to set up a standing order to pay your rent and need our details please call us.
Please note that a standing order is an instruction from you to your bank and if your payment needs setting up, amending or cancelling then you must instruct your bank to do this as we do not have the authority.

Report a Repair
If you need to report a repair you can either telephone us on 0121 665 4184 or CLICK HERE to send us the details.

Please note that the office hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. If you have an urgent/emergency repair outside of these office hours then you must contact your landlord’s emergency contractor as per recent correspondence.

Pay Your Rent
You can pay your rent over the telephone using either a debit and credit card (please note that processing charges may apply).

To pay your rent please call 0121 665 4150 and ask for our accounts team. Please have the first line of your address and preferably your Tenancy Reference number ready.
