The Residential Service Charge Management team offers a range of comprehensive services for developers, investors, management companies, residents associations and leaseholders.

The management of blocks of flats and privately run residential estates is a specialist and unique form of property management which is subject to increasing legislation and regulation. Our wealth of experience has enabled us to develop the most appropriate systems and procedures tailored for this complex type of management.

We currently manage in excess of 3000 properties acting for developers and investor freeholders as well as a large number of resident management companies and resident associations. Although we are not the biggest in the property management market, we strive to be the best by offering a personalised, friendly service whilst complying with best management practice.
