We have a dedicated team of qualified Property Managers who are each supported by a trained administrative assistant. Each development is allocated a Property Manager and an Assistant that is familiar with current matters and takes overall responsibility for that development. In addition, every member of the team has instant access to live updated records and so any member of the team is able to assist a customer in the event of holidays or absence.

We believe that management is not just about bricks and mortar but also very much about people and so we focus on providing great customer service as well as sound financial control and maintenance procedures. We want each client and customer to be able to talk to a real person as opposed to an answering machine and we therefore provide direct dial numbers and direct email addresses.

We are determined to meet our clients’ service expectations and we can therefore agree a number of individual key performance indicators to monitor our performance.

In support of the Residential Service Charge Team we have a specialist Accounts Team and our Building Surveyors.

The Building Surveyors provide a valuable service to clients with expertise in producing long term maintenance plans, specifications and the supervision of major and minor works. They also offer advice to our clients in meeting the ever increasing requirements of health and safety legislation.
