Adrian Roddick

Adrian qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1988 and has been in private practice in Birmingham since 1987, first with James & Lister Lea, becoming a Partner in 1995 and then with Bruton Knowles following a merger of the two firms in 2001.

Having previously worked with private and public sector clients, Adrian is experienced in construction related matters ranging from Building Surveys prior to acquisition, dilapidations and construction monitoring through to the project management of refurbishment as well as new build projects.

Adrian joined Pennycuick Collins in May 2010 as a Partner and heads up the Building Surveying team.
