Alan Herbert

Alan entered the surveying profession in the early 1970s, became an Associate of the RICS in 1983 and was awarded Fellowship. He has served as an officer on both the West Midlands branch and General Practice divisional committees of the RICS. 

With a background in agency and residential valuation/survey work, he now deals primarily with valuation and negotiation in the sale and acquisition of freeholds, lease extensions and collective enfranchisement under leasehold reform legislation. In addition he deals with residential valuation and residentially related general practice work. 

Alan is a Suttonian, married with three children and a motor sport enthusiast.
