Charles Gillett 

Charles joined Pennycuick Collins on 1 July 2009 as an equity partner. He has been in private practice in Birmingham since 1981, first with James & Lister Lea, rising to become a partner in 1989 and, following a merger with Bruton Knowles in 2001, as a partner of the practice until the move to Pennycuick Collins.  

Charles has worked within the urban environment across a number of skill areas including property agency, investment, development & management, mostly within the West Midlands and surrounding counties working for a variety of private sector clients but also encompassing public sector work. In recent years he has and continues to act for a particular landed estate with a broad mix of historic ownerships in Birmingham City Centre, adding value through active property asset management. 

Out of the office Charles is a Trustee of two Birmingham based charities, a member of the Lunar Society and Investment Property Forum.
