Peter Dening

Peter qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1979 and joined Pennycuick Collins in 1987 becoming an equity Partner in 1992. He has specialised in the management of blocks of flats and property related accounting and takes a keen interest in all aspects of these specialised fields being the chair of the ARMA technical committee and member of ARMA governing council.  

Peter has responsibility for the management and administration of Pennycuick Collins and direct responsibility for the Residential Service Charge team together with the Accounts and Insurance departments.
