Richard Moxon

Richard has over twenty five years experience of the West Midlands property market and has worked within private practice, local and central government. He joined Pennycuick Collins in 1999 to establish a commercial property department specialising in property management and landlord & tenant issues. 

Richard is also involved with RICS committees on both a local and national basis, including having been West Midlands Region Chairman for two years, a member of the Governing Council and currently Chairman of RICS England. He also served on the Brooke Review Committee 

Richard is keen to promote the RICS to the wider community and business groups within the West Midlands. He has represented the RICS on the West Midlands Business Council and currently sits as a member of the West Midlands Regional Assembly where he has held the position of Vice Chairman of the Regional Planning Partnership.
