Richard Thorne

Richard joined Pennycuick Collins following the merger with Ralphs & Janes in July 2006. He joined Ralphs & Janes in 1988 becoming a partner a year later. He has worked in the commercial and industrial fields, specialising in compulsory purchaser and compensation, rating, rent reviews and lease renewals, valuation, development work and property management. He has also been involved with the licensing work for which Ralphs & Janes became widely respected. 

Richard brought an established client base with him to Pennycuick Collins and this has helped lead to the expansion of the commercial property element of the practice.
