Stuart Tullah is the firm’s Auctioneer holding quarterly property auctions at The Gold Suite, St Andrews, Birmingham City Football Club. 

All types of property pass under Stuart’s gavel including residential and commercial property, ground rent investments, garage blocks and land sites. Pennycuick Collins’ auctions have become highly regarded in their field and have been very successful over recent years. 

Stuart, who is a Mensan, is Secretary & Treasurer to Four Oaks Estate and served as a District Councillor from 1995-2003, holding various posts including Vice Chairman of Planning Committee.
