April 12th 2017

Pennycuick Collins has strengthened its residential property management team following a number of new client wins over recent months. Dale Jones has joined the Birmingham based property consultancy as a residential property manager bringing 10 years of experience of working in the sector, whilst Becky Davies joins as a property administrator and Ellie Gouldbourn will be dedicated to resales and ground rents.

These latest appointments bring the total number of staff working exclusively on residential property management matters to 14. The firm’s residential block management clients are located across the West Midlands, in and around Birmingham city centre, as well as in Warwickshire and the Black Country.

Speaking about the expansion of the team, Lyndsey Cannon-Leach, head of Pennycuick Collins’ residential property management services said:

“I am delighted to welcome Dale, Becky and Ellie to our successful practice, their skills and expertise will further enhance the overall quality of service we are able to provide our clients. We will continue to invest in Pennycuick Collins’ block management services, offering a credible, and specialist alternative to some of the national firms.”

Dale Jones added: “This is a great time to be joining Pennycuick Collins and I look forward to making a real difference to residents at the sites we manage. There has been a dramatic shift towards apartment living which shows no sign of abating in our region, with population numbers predicted to rise steadily as a result of investments such as HS2 and the success of the higher education sector. There is plenty of opportunity for me to grow my own career at a time when we are seeing increased demand for these services.”
