Ground Rent Management
Our Freehold Ground Rent Management Team consists of Chartered Surveyors and experienced administrators who are able to provide management services on behalf of a wide range of investors, from individuals with one property through to professional investors with substantial portfolios. Buying your freehold or extending your lease
If we currently collect your ground rent on behalf of your freeholder and you are interested in buying the freehold interest for your house, or extending the lease on your flat or maisonette, we can help with this.
