Congratulations to Oliver who is now an associate of IRPM
December 16th 2020
We are delighted to announce that Oliver Masters recently passed his IRPM associate exam and is now an Associate of the Institute of Residential Property Managers.
Oliver joined Pennycuick Collins in 2017 as a Property Administrator and his skill set clearly means he has a talent for property management. He quickly progressed through the company and was encouraged to take the IRPM foundation exam which he passed. Upon completion of this exam, Oliver went on to take the associate exam within a matter of weeks and his ability was once again evident as he passed first time.
Talking about the qualification, Oliver said:
“Property management is an ever changing environment, so it vital that we continue to stay on top of legislation, both new and old, so that we can continue to ensure that our residents are safe and well looked after. IRPM sets a standard within property management and their support and online facilities have been instrumental to my progression
It is great to work for a company that provides ongoing support in order for me to process my career and I look forward to continuing my role at Pennycuick Collins further”
Head of the service charge department and director at Pennycuick Collins, Lyndsey Cannon-Leach said:
“Oliver is a fundamental member of our team and his growth within the company is a testament to his attitude and ability. We always encourage team members to progress and qualify to become members of IRPM, so I am pleased to see Oli to go on to pass this exam and become an Associate”
