Pennycuick Collins and Coronavirus

Pennycuick Collins continues to monitor the situation surrounding Coronavirus (Covid-19) and the latest guidance from government. We have taken a number of proactive steps to make sure that it is business as usual whilst ensuring there is as least disruption to everyone at Pennycuick Collins and their families, as well as our clients and customers.

We are committed to providing the best possible service for our customers during this period and are looking at the best ways to do this.  We are currently preparing behind the scenes so that strategies can be implemented immediately should the need arise and we can continue to help our customers with any questions.

We are aware that it is possible that Coronavirus may impact our ability to perform repairs and maintenance tasks across developments that we manage, but we continue to be in close contact with our contractors with the view that service disruptions are limited.  Our property management team have been advised of procedures to be implemented should COVID-19 be suspected or identified in their block and we would request that should there be any concerns you contact your Property Manager.

This situation is new to us all and is changing all the time.  We will aim to keep you updated with the latest position and advice.
