Pennycuick Collins announces its appointment on three high-end residential schemes totalling 330 units as portfolio continues to expand.

Following the invitation from Resident Management Companies to tender for the management of Newbold Terrance and Liberty Park we were delighted to have secure the management of these prestigious developments.

Liberty Park Estate is located in the heart of Coventry, a short distance from the city centre and array of city hotspots. This scheme was developed by Wates Regeneration Limited during 2010 and consists of 268 residential units with Public Open Space and amenity areas for community use. Newbold Terrace is a high-end residential conversion mansion block made up of 25 apartments situated in the centre of Leamington Spa and boasts exceptional views over Jephson Gardens.

Pennycuick Collins also secured a new contract from a national freehold client and has welcomed 37 homeowners of Stratford Gardens, Bromsgrove into management
