Pennycuick Collins appointed to manage landmark Leamington development Villiers House

Independent property consultants Pennycuick Collins have been appointed to manage the exclusive Villiers House development located in a prime position on Clarendon Avenue at the top end of Leamington Spa’s landmark The Parade. Comprising 40 privately-owned, luxuriously appointed apartments and penthouses commanding spectacular views over the spa town and the surrounding Warwickshire countryside, Villiers House was converted from an office block by Spitfire Bespoke Homes in 2015.
