Pennycuick Collins appointed to manage sought after Southbank scheme in Wolverhampton

Independent property consultants Pennycuick Collins have been appointed to manage one of Wolverhampton’s most sought after residential developments. The Southbank apartment scheme in Albion Street was built by Redrow in 2006 and is made up of 223 apartments, largely in newly built facilities but also in a historic converted former mill. Pennycuick Collins took part in a competitive tender process to secure the instruction.
Speaking about the appointment, the directors of Southbank Management Company Limited said:
