Pennycuick Collins presence continues to grow in Birmingham City Centre.

Pennycuick Collins’ award winning block management team has been appointed to manage 3 prestigious residential schemes in the City Centre, Birmingham.

With effect from 1 April 2020 Pennycuick Collins residential service charge team took over the block management of 881 units across 3 schemes including Southside with a mix of commercial and residential units in the heart of the Chinese quarter, Holliday Wharf located by the canals and within walking distance of the Mailbox and Jupiter Phase 3 near Birminghams old canal line.
