Prominent Coventry City Centre development is Pennycuick Collins’ latest instruction

The directors of Osbourne House situated in Queen Victoria Road in Coventry city centre have appointed Pennycuick Collins as managing agents with effect from 1st February 2020. The six storey development comprises 50 residential apartments was built around during 2003/2004 and is very popular with residents seeking easy access to the city, easily accessible train station and both Coventry and Warwick universities.

Speaking about the appointment Kulvinder Dosanjh of the Osbourne House Management Company Ltd said:

“Osbourne House is a high end residential apartment block in a fantastic location within the City Centre. The board of Directors were keen to appoint a managing agent who would be able to work with the board of Directors to proactively manage our development and maintain a high level of service. During our tendering exercise we visited a number of developments managed by Pennycuick Collins. We were impressed with the overall appearance of these developments and from speaking with a number of their existing clients is was apparent that they are experts within the residential service charge. Dale and his team at Pennycuick Collins has made a strong start to their appointment, with regular site visits and opportunities to meet the residents, offering sound and pragmatic advice to enhance services for residents here. We are confident that we have appointed a managing agent that will provide us with a personal and professional service.

Dale Jones, Associate Director in Pennycuick Collins’ residential block management team added:

“We’re delighted to have been instructed by the Directors of Osbourne House to take on the management of their prestigious development. We manage a vast portfolio within Coventry and Warwickshire, and being a Coventry homeowner myself I understand the local market dynamics.  It is an exciting time to be managing property in Coventry in the year before the city becomes the UK city of culture. Pennycuick Collins is fully committed to improving the day to day service offering at Osbourne House and we have already received great feedback from the residents living in the building following maintenance works we have initiated.
