Promotions at Pennycuick Collins
July 8th 2016
We’re delighted to announce the further growth of our Building Consultancy team and a number of staff changes across the firm.
We have promoted long-standing employee Lyndsey Cannon-Leach to the position of Partner. Lyndsey, who leads our residential service charge team, has been with us for more than 11 years.
Lyndsey first joined in April 2005 as an assistant property manager. In her time at the company she has had promotions, become accredited as a Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management (MIRPM), and is an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS).
Lyndsey says: “I am proud to have been part of the Pennycuick Collins team for many years and witnessed its impressive growth in that time. The company has been instrumental in my professional development and I hope to continue adding value to the company and our clients in my new role.”
We have also promoted Martin Purslow to associate partner and appointed an additional building surveyor, Hasan Sidat.
Martin joined us to work closely with building consultancy partner Adrian Roddick as a senior building surveyor. During his time with us so far, he has worked on a range of projects and professional instructions for both retained and new clients.
Martin says: “In my time with Pennycuick Collins I have been involved in some fantastic projects. I am grateful to Adrian and the team for their support in this time and I look forward to a successful future with the company as associate partner.”
Hasan says: “Pennycuick Collins has a proven track record of supporting young professionals to progress their careers. I’m therefore delighted to have joined the company and already feel at home.”
There is further good news for our building consultancy team with the announcement that Guy Travis has qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is now a chartered building surveyor.
