Our Survey Team is made up of RICS Chartered Surveyors who are able to provide a wide range of professional survey reports whether they are for private individuals, professional advisors or companies. We pride ourselves on tailoring our survey reports to meet a client’s specific requirements.

We specialise in pre-purchase surveys, in particular the RICS Homebuyer Report which is often the most popular report commissioned by the average property buyer. The level of detail included enables a client to make an informed decision on whether to continue with buying the property. It also provides recommendations about repairs and ongoing maintenance. We can also provide less detailed survey reports, similar to the RICS Condition Report, if required.

Our Building Consultancy Team can also provide more detailed pre-purchase survey reports such as a Building Survey report.

Our Valuation team regularly prepares valuations for a wide range of property and property interests including acquisition and disposal for secured lending purposes, i.e. -banks, building societies and other lending institutions. We prepare valuations for tax purposes, including retrospective valuations, for the family division of the courts, for litigation purposes and for all types of investment properties. Other circumstances in which we prepare valuations include compulsory purchase and compensation matters, ‘staircasing’ and ‘right to buy’ purposes for public and private housing associations.

Our core area of operation is the West Midlands and Greater Midlands region, although we can help with various aspects of valuation on a national basis.
