We will arrange and attend viewings on your behalf or accompany you so that we can give you our expert opinion on whether the property is right for lettings and for your portfolio.

We will assess the property and advise on any potential works, service charge issues and then yields so that you have all the information to make the most appropriate financial decision.

Once you decide on the property you would like to acquire, we can guide you through the purchasing process and once you have completed and have the keys, our lettings team will get immediately prepare the marketing literature and offer the property for rent and our lettings process will kick in.

Although our main business is Lettings we also offer a sales service. Not only for our current landlords who wish to realise their assets but also for our lessees and new clients.  We utilise rightmove and our book of clients and investors. Our service is honest and no-nonsense with the aim to achieve the best possible outcome for you.

Our service includes a realistic market appraisal of your property, advice on presentation to ensure our photos and viewers get the best impression, online marketing using rightmove, accompanied viewings and strong negotiation. Once we have secured an offer we will continue to communicate with you, the purchaser and solictors to help push the sale over the line
