Pennycuick Collins is celebrating having been recently appointed as residential property managers at several schemes located off Richmond Hill Road in Edgbaston. These new instructions include High Point, which comprises a twelve storey tower block and surrounding low rise blocks. The team is also instructed to manage Petersham Place and Crofters Court on behalf of the directors of Peterscroft Management Company. Richmond Hill Road is widely regarded as one of Edgbaston’s most sought after addresses, and located within the prestigious Calthorpe Estate. Finally Pennycuick Collins has been engaged to manage 24 private houses in Mead Rise Edgbaston, this role brings with it responsibility for managing the private road, street lighting and drainage.
