We took over the management of Belvedere Residence in Wolverhampton on Chapel Ash on Thursday 29th August. The scheme is a prestigious development of 42 apartments in the heart of Wolverhampton city centre, comprising of 12, one bedroom apartments and 30, two bedroom apartments.
Commenting on the new appointment, Dale Jones, associate director of residential service charge, said:
“We are thrilled to be adding Belvedere Residence to our growing property portfolio, as we already have a strong presence in Wolverhampton and the surrounding areas. To be welcoming this prominent and prestigious development to our growing portfolio is testament to the high level of service our residential service charge team continues to deliver, and we are looking forward to be working with Blackacre Estates to provide a seamless service for its residents.”
Richard Unwin, commercial manager of Blackacres Property, also said:
“We are delighted to have Pennycuick Collins on board to manage Belvedere Residence. Pennycuick Collins proved that they have expert knowledge and invaluable experience of cooperating with tenants in block residencies, so we are looking forward to be working with them in the next few months.”
Our service charge portfolio has grown considerably throughout 2019 already, welcoming other block management schemes including The Old Library in Stourbridge and Camden Village in the Jewellery Quarter. We were also recently awarded the Residential Managing Agent award at the Insider Residential Property Awards in June this year, as well as the Major Works Project of the Year award at the ARMA ACE Awards in London.
