Tenant portal now live

Pennycuick Collins are excited to confirm that the tenant portal is now live.

Our online tenant portal can be access via the below link or by clicking the “My Account” link at the top of the page.


Leaseholders are now able to sign up to the tenant portal to see announcements, view their account, process payments and update their contact details.

Speaking about the implementation, Lyndsey Cannon-Leach, Director and Head of the Service Charge Department said:

“The investment in technology and the launch of the tenant portal is another great step for Pennycuick Collins.  In the last few weeks due to the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, we have brought forward the launch to ensure continuity of service and outgoing communications. We hope that by allowing all leaseholders and tenants to access their own personal portal within their own time will help keep them be fully informed on key issues at their development along with keeping up to date on their personal service charge account.  This will further benefit communication and will allow us to provide an enhanced customer experience to all leaseholders and tenants.”

“Our tenant portal provides our customers with instant online access to information about their account and allows customers to make payments instantly via the portal. The portal is simple to navigate, giving our customers access to all their account information, easily and conveniently, putting the customer in full control.
