Pennycuick Collins has secured the services of two well-known property professionals as part of its ambitious growth plans following its move to new offices.

The commercial and residential property consultancy – which relocated to 54 Hagley Road earlier this year – has appointed Ross Bendall to help grow its agency offer and James Bridge who will help develop the company’s management portfolio.

Ross is one of the region’s best-known faces in property having previously held senior roles Vail Williams, Lambert Smith Hampton and CBRE in Birmingham.

James has spent the past three years at CBRE and prior to that worked at DTZ and Vail Williams in Birmingham.

Pennycuick Collins partner Richard Moxon said the appointments were part the strategic expansion of the firm and reflected the growing reputation of Pennycuick Collins in the commercial marketplace.

He said: “The appointments of Ross and James bring two highly experienced property professionals into the team who will play a key role in helping us achieve our ambitions of growing our market share in the region.

“This is an exciting period for Pennycuick Collins following our recent investment in new offices at 54 Hagley Road and these senior appointments reflect the high calibre and level of experience we are now able to attract.

“Property Asset Management remains at the heart of our business and James will be instrumental in continuing to expand the team and portfolio as well as identifying new business opportunities.

“Ross has worked for and with a number of leading firms in the Midlands and has an unrivalled network in the region and he will be responsible for growing our agency and transactional work where we see significant opportunities for growth.”
