What are people saying about us?

“We have worked with Pennycuick Collins for some years in relation to our industrial estate in Birmingham. Alexia and the commercial team, have achieved some great results for us recently and really are prepared to go the ‘extra mile’ to secure new tenants.”

Stephen Tisdall of AMP Commercial Ltd

I can't stress how highly I recommend this company to any student moving to Birmingham for university. The staff have been extremely helpful, kind and generous during my time at this student accommodation. Its great value for money being in the city centre and perfect for students of all ages, a good mix of fresher's and mature students.

Dan, a Bristol Street Student

We have dealt with Pennycuick Collins for many years as they have managed our properties in Birmingham. Lucy Roberts and her team have supported us by dealing with all the day to day issues with the properties and were a great help when we had to evict a difficult tenant. Last year we decided to sell and Ross Parsons managed that very effectively for us, especially as we had some issues with the solicitors. We would not hesitate in recommending this firm to you.

Sarah & John

We are delighted to have Pennycuick Collins on board and have been impressed with their thorough and personable approach to property management. Villiers House is a prestigious place to live and the residents have very high expectations of service levels. Pennycuick Collins’ significant expertise will benefit all of us enormously.

Villiers House Management Company Limited

I want to extend my thanks to Pennycuick Collins for their professionalism and attention to detail in their capacity as project managers of the relaunch. I am delighted with the finished result which has significantly improved the facilities and infrastructure of the bar, whilst retaining the original look and feel which are the hallmark of Primitivo. This has been a complex and time pressured job, but Pennycuick Collins has kept works on track and within budget.
