Leases, freeholds, valuations and other services
We specialise in surveys and valuations, freehold ground rent management and have special expertise in Leasehold Reform Act matters. The team includes qualified Chartered Surveyors, who are also members of the RICS Valuers Registration Scheme, led by a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors with more than 40 years’ experience in practice, and backed by experienced support staff. The team also undertakes a wide range of residential general practice work such as RICS Homebuyers reports.
