Ground Rent Management

Our Freehold Ground Rent Management Team consists of Chartered Surveyors and experienced administrators who are able to provide management services on behalf of a wide range of investors, from individuals with one property through to professional investors with substantial portfolios. We can also provide general investment, acquisition and disposal advice and handle negotiations on behalf of clients.

We offer specialist freehold ground rent collection services, to meet our clients’ individual needs, using our bespoke property management software system and online tenant portal. We can help with enquiries relating to individual freehold purchases, lease extensions and Collective Enfranchisement applications and all day to day management issues associated with property investments.
