Pennycuick Collins expands Residential Service Charge team with multiple promotions.

Pennycuick Collins rapid growth has continued throughout this year and as a result, have been able to offer multiple promotions across their service charge team with four Property Administrators being promoted to Assistant Property Manager.
Pennycuick Collins are pleased to confirm that Megan Lambert, Katie Kerrigan, Felicity Smith and Alice Topple have all been promoted to Assistant Property Manager as of 1st October 2021.
Megan Lambert joined in March 2020 and has shown tremendous resolve to succeed in such an intense industry whilst working from home for the majority of her first few months at the company. Since returning to the office, Megan has continued to excel whilst developing under one of our most experienced Senior Property Managers, Laura Lock.
Katie Kerrigan has been with Pennycuick Collins for a number of years assisting our director, Dale Jones on his portfolio. During this time she has benefited from Dale’s wealth of knowledge and continued to advance within her role whilst still assisting a number of high profile clients.
Alice Topple and Felicity Smith joined the company this year and have both impressed in their time with the company.
Felicity’s high organisation skills meant she has been able to assist a number of different property managers at once. She has been involved our larger city centre developments and assisted with a number of ongoing cladding projects.
Alice has developed alongside two property managers during her time at Pennycuick Collins. After impressing with assisting on the smaller sites, Alice was entrusted to conduct a number of site visits and directors meetings alone whilst still assisting on out expansion project; assisting on prestigious sites further afield, such as Rozel House in Weston-Super-Mare.
Talking about the recent promotions, Lyndsey Cannon-Leach, Director and Head of the Residential Service Charge Team said;
“It has been a most challenging year for many people working between home and the office and each team member with the service charge department has risen to the challenge. I am pleased that we are able to recognise the hard work and dedication demonstrated by Alice, Felicity, Katie and Megan in these promotions, but also that of the team which has continued to go from strength to strength through new appointments including growth in new areas which have made these new positions possible.”
